Your team can review each listing before publishing or allow LotSync to publish automatically.
What happens when a vehicle is sold?
Sold and removed vehicles are flagged for follow-up so operators can take down the Marketplace listing without searching for it. The stale inventory guide explains the workflow problem in more detail.
Can multiple people post at the same time?
Yes. Every operator works from their own queue and receives different listing copy for the same inventory. Each person's progress is tracked separately. See the duplicate listing guide for the coordination issue this solves.
Does it work for non-car inventory?
Yes. LotSync works for any vehicle inventory with a web listing to sync from. Car dealers, trailer dealers, RV sellers, powersports, equipment, and commercial vehicles. If it has a listing page and a Facebook Marketplace category, LotSync can work with it.
Do we need a DMS?
No. LotSync reads from your existing inventory listings. No DMS connection required.
What happens if a session is interrupted?
The operator's completed work is preserved, so an interruption does not mean starting the session again.
Is setup included in the price?
