LotSync handles extension deployment during onboarding. This page covers what is installed and what to expect before the first session.

Before installation, we explain that LotSync is a Chrome extension used to prepare inventory-based Marketplace listings, support posting sessions, and keep team activity visible. An authorized dealership representative must approve installation. The extension can be removed and service access can be cancelled under the Terms of Service.

What you need.

Three things need to be in place before the extension goes live at your store.

Chrome on a desktop computer

LotSync runs as a Chrome extension. Each salesperson needs Chrome installed on the computer they use for posting. The extension does not run on mobile.

A LotSync account

We provide each salesperson with access during setup. Your dealership does not have to manage the technical work.

A Facebook account for Marketplace posting

LotSync works with the Facebook accounts your team already uses for Marketplace.

We handle the rollout.

We handle installation, connect your inventory, prepare the team, and walk everyone through the first posting session.

We connect your inventory. LotSync works with your existing inventory source. No DMS is required.

We prepare your team. We install LotSync and make sure each salesperson has access.

We train your team. We run the first session together so everyone knows what to expect before going live.

Can we roll it out to more people later?

Yes. We handle access and onboarding whenever someone joins the team.

What if someone leaves the dealership?

We remove their LotSync access. The rest of the team continues working from their own queues.

Does the extension work on any Facebook account?

LotSync works with the Facebook accounts your team already uses for Marketplace.

What happens if Chrome updates?

Extension updates are handled for you. Your team does not need to reinstall LotSync whenever Chrome changes.
