Our commitment

LotSync wants its website and service to be usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and include accessibility in ongoing design, development, and content reviews.

Current status

The public LotSync website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means many accessibility requirements are supported, but we have not completed the manual and assistive-technology testing needed to claim full conformance.

Measures in place

The website includes keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, skip links, page landmarks, structured headings, text alternatives for meaningful images and video, reduced-motion support, accessible form labels and errors, and responsive layouts that support browser zoom.

Known limitations

The LotSync browser extension and manager tools are still undergoing a complete keyboard and screen-reader review. Some third-party services, including Facebook and browser interfaces, are outside LotSync’s control and may have their own accessibility limitations.

If a format or feature creates a barrier, contact us and we will work with you on an accessible alternative.

Compatibility and assessment

The public website is designed for current versions of major desktop and mobile browsers and common assistive technologies. Our current assessment combines source review and automated structural checks. We will update this statement after complete browser, keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, and user testing.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, tell us the page or feature involved, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it.

Email support@lotsync.ca or call (587) 487-7719. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days.
